To celebrate the end of ‘Poacher Peril’ and Book Week, the Year 3 students were given the opportunity to create their own calico hand puppet. Tora (the tiger) is depicted on one side and on the other side the students chose to represent either Zoe or Ben (the twins from the story). All the children worked very hard to get their first side finished this week and will complete their second side next week. I was most impressed with the way in which all the students cooperated with each other and encouraged one another.
